SJ STUDIO offers flat-rate shipping of $10 on all domestic orders within the U.S. All domestic orders over $300 are eligible for free shipping.

SJ STUDIO offers flat-rate shipping of $10 on all international orders.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS POLICY

In the event of delayed or lost orders, a parcel is deemed lost if it remains within the postal system for 15 business days for domestic orders and 21 business days for international orders. Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for delays attributable to the courier. While deliveries typically occur within a shorter timeframe, replacements will not be dispatched until the specified waiting period has transpired. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS POLICY

In the event of your package being returned to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, please note that you are responsible for covering all delivery costs associated with the re-delivery to the corrected address. We regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for any loss incurred if the address provided at checkout is found to be incomplete or incorrect. Your attention to ensuring accurate address details is greatly appreciated.
