Refund policy
Returns
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Sales are final. All orders are custom-made and, as a result, non-returnable. Our team of professional printers and framers begins processing your order shortly after it is placed.
All sales on merchandise are final. We do not offer refunds for returns at this time. Exclusive/Pre-Order and sale items are final sale.
In the rare event of damage or receiving the wrong item, contact us immediately at: support@samjaspersohnstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
In the event we have approved a return, please note that all returns must be new, unused, and with tags still attached. All returns must be returned in their original boxes, and original boxes must be placed inside a separate shipping box. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to receive, inspect, and issue a refund for your return. Once a refund is issued, please allow 2-5 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

We take pride in printing and framing everything in the US, utilizing museum-quality materials.
Include photos of the shipping box and detailed shots of the damage, along with your order number. While we will work to resolve the issue, refunds or merchandise credit will not be issued.
